Magic Rock Gardens***, “good value hotel”

A comment of client on www.hoteles.com:

“Magic rock gardens is excelent value for money. It is located up quite a steep hill, but it is still easily accessable to all able bodied and children. The hotel caters mostly to English and Spanish and people mix well, all customer facing staff appear to be bi lingual and friendly. The food and drink are all of high quality and there are activities for the children through out the day and evening. The hotel appears very safe and security is good. I have read complaints before about the lifts and quality of the dining room but frankly these customers are being un-realistic with their expectations. This hotel is extremely good value and we will be coming back soon.”

Magic Rock Gardens***, “Great hotel, and great entertainment.”

A comment from a client in www.tripadvisor.com:

“Stayed here for 5 days at the begining of December. We had a great time. The entertainment was good fun. The hotel was clean. The staff were helpful, the only down fall is the hotel is a bit of a “maze” and the lifts make this worse. You can visit all the other hotels in the group on a free bus if you want a change. It was still quite busy considering it was just before Xmas. Cardiac Hill is not too bad, I went with four friends, two of us are over weight, one of us is 62, and the other is a smoker and we all managed the hill ok, it wasn’t as bad as some other reviews have made out. The food was good, plenty of choice. We didn’t have much problem with noise. I always take ear plugs but my room mate slept fine. The only thing i found poor was the alcohol, the lager was lovely but the shorts were poor. I tend to drink vodka and soda and believe me the vodka tastes nothing like vodka. I ended up drinking bacardi and soda and it tasted more like vodka than the vodka did!! I don’t drink well known brands at home but they still taste like vodka. The 24 hour bar was self service but that was fine, I’ve worked as a bar maid in the past and know how an optic works but its suprising how many people don’t!

Overall we had a great time and plan to go again next year.
Well recommended.”

Magic Rock Gardens***, “Fantastic Absolutely Magic”

This is a critic received from a woman from Coventry:

“I read reviews about this hotel and was dubious before we went due to some of the negative reviews i must say ignore them, we had a fantastic week and i can only say that i dont know what they are on about, were they at the same hotel? this is a brilliant hotel for couples families and groups alike.
The hotel is set behind a couple of others and has a bit of a steep road to get up to the reception only literally one minute from the whole of benidorm seafront ,but this is only a couple of hundred yards long, and after the first few days we were running up it.
We go away at least twice a year mostly to Spanish resorts and i can honestly say the food was the best we have ever had .Hot fresh and a great choice every single day of our week stay at breakfast ,lunch and dinner the only problem we had was trying not to eat too much and the waiting staff were friendly and eager to help all the time, brilliant through out the day.
The entertainment staff went out of their way to create a friendly atmosphere towards all the guests Spanish and English alike ,The acts were basic but entertaining and we never had more than a couple of minutes wait at any of the bars and again we were served by the friendliest most helpful staff who never seamed to get flustered no matter how busy they were.
The hotel itself is unique in design and takes a day or two to get your barrings but once you have it is very well laid out, great dinning area ,reception and pool area, spotlessly clean and well managed and again the staff at reception went out of their way to help our holiday be one of the best we have had.
I would happily recommend this to anybody as the hotel group name suggests this was ABSOLUTE MAGIC”

Magic Rock Gardens***

This a comment from one of our client of the Crystal Park

“We have been to benidorm many times and if you want a hotel in a good spot then this is it, just up the hill from the beach and shops but also in a safe, relaxed area. We went with a 1 year old and a 3 year old and we managed easily with the buggy up the hill and our 3 year old wanted to run up it every time. You can hop on a bus outside for free and use the other Magic hotels for free, we often went for walks and popped into the villa benidorm for a drink or snack. The food was good, a bit pre heated some nights but the chocolate fountain, hog roast and sea food nights made up for this - it was a nice extra bit of luxury that you don’t get in other hotels. the pool is great for the kids - up a set of steps with the buggy is a pain but we spent long days up there and the kids were completely safe to walk about without the risk of harm, the kids club is basic but the staff great and love to get to know you and your kids, they involve all the children at night and our children still have fond memories of our time there. My parents joined us for 4 days and it was their first time in benidorm - they now want to go back to this hotel. The only issue i have is that we were dumped at the back of the hotel and went into a grotty reception yet the front reception is a stunning cave style area that looks beautiful both day and night.”

Great rooms and the staff very attentive, definitive luxury holiday.

Our hotels want you unaware of everything on your holiday and just enjoy the leisure and entertainment. Magic Rock Gardens is ideal for families with small children. We appreciate the comments of this customer.

I liked this hotel. It is a wonderful hotel. Is well placed. The staff was very attentive and trying to solve the problems. The rooms are great, spacious and clean. The food is good but it lacks variety. We recommend it.

So I left with my children and left others to pick up your luggage, let the sad ……… good and what followed was that we had a very good, I hope that my children were happy, we were a medieval dinner included all the twins ….. them poor that if he had to spend so fatal rush, we went to theme park and good to maximize the few days we had.
I guess the Excalibur in the summer should be very lively with many activities, we saw it at night and no one was clear, was dead, but we liked a lot.
In short ROCK GARDENS in because we liked it is something special ………. cuesta.ufffffffffff that the only heavy, but worth it.

One of the best supplements we travel the country named in his article Fitur09.

On Saturday February 7th, we were aware of the hand of the “country traveler.” The supplement “THE TRAVELER” newspaper “El Pais”, which is published weekly and digitally on the web. last Saturday. The article you are part of the part in which we referred a question about travel in mitómano fitur.

Mirrors speak, rabbits become magicians and children imitate Harry Potter. The group Magic Costa Blanca, located in Benidorm and seven hotels in the area, creates fantastic worlds. The imagination and entertainment merge in hotels like the Magic Villa de Benidorm (965 85 06 99. Gerona, 44), Magic Fenicia (965 85 11 46. Mercado, 9. Benidorm) or Magic Villa Luz in Gandia (962 84 15 00. Castella the Manx, s / n. Valencia). Holidays in pools filled maze of slides, artificial caves and spa and fitness for seniors. Employees knew magic tricks and children can join games.

The chain, founded in 1986, is still innovating in April plans to inaugurate the Villa Venice Beach in St. James I (www.magicvillavenicia.com; 965 85 16 54). A hotel with 25 luxury rooms in the old town of Benidorm and with stunning views from its terrace lookout. It leaves in awe of the medieval Excalibur Bungalows (966 86 71 39. Camino Viejo de Altea, s / n. El Albir, Alicante), a theme park with a hotel where gentlemen’s tournaments are held. Lovers dream with Tarzan in the jungle Magic Rock Gardens (965 85 11 75. Bonn, 6. Benidorm), among rocks, vines and elephant lie. Even pets are amusing: for 10 euros a day, the client can leave your dog or cat in a nursery school in Benidorm.

And before the crisis, recipes unlikely: the end of February, customers can redeem tickets in the hotels of the Lotería de Navidad not winning by a 20 euro discount on stays at their hotels.

We love that we mention all the leisure activities of the country, because it means that our efforts are recognized. As you know our clients and friends.

“Heart attack Hill”

We found this hotel to be very family orientated, yes it was up a steep hill but not as bad as expected. the hotel was well kept, staff were friendly and polite. Food was good and plentiful with lots of variety.
Entertainment was good, excellent dancing, medieval night was an excellent choice.
The hotel was lacking in sun umbrellas as not everyone wants to be in full sun all of the time and as usual it paid to be up early for a bed.
I was disappointed there were no balconies but the enclosure of the balconies did give you a slightly larger room and the air con worked well.
I would stay here again in the future.
