“Heart attack Hill”

We found this hotel to be very family orientated, yes it was up a steep hill but not as bad as expected. the hotel was well kept, staff were friendly and polite. Food was good and plentiful with lots of variety.
Entertainment was good, excellent dancing, medieval night was an excellent choice.
The hotel was lacking in sun umbrellas as not everyone wants to be in full sun all of the time and as usual it paid to be up early for a bed.
I was disappointed there were no balconies but the enclosure of the balconies did give you a slightly larger room and the air con worked well.
I would stay here again in the future.

We´ll do it again

I went to the Magic Rock Gardens Hotel last week with my husband, my parents, and my 4 sons. We were quite a big family ! We spent very nice holidays, everybody had fun. It´s always difficult to keep the children under control, but this time they were so happy that it was for me and for the first time, proper holidays. They were always outside with the entertainers, doing loads of activities while the rest of the family would sunbathe at the beach or by the swimming-pool. We also took dance classes whereas the children learnt magic with very well-qualified magicians.

I, and all the family had a great time together in Spain, in Benidorm, in the very special magic rock gardens hotel.

The Magic Rock Gardens, Simply Good!

The Rock Gardens is situated very closed to the center of the city of Benidorm, and also near the beach. I don’t have any problem to commute because I just lived near all I  needed. My family and I were happy to enjoy our all inclusive cards because we didn’t need to spend more money, and we were very satisfied by all the services in our hotel and also in the other Magic hotels. All the hotels’ animation was very nice, there were a lot of types of game, and in the afternoons and evenings, the Magic dancers and magicians came also to give more.

Magic Environment in Benidorm City.

This comment is one of our valued customers, and we are proud to show what they think of your stay and transit by the hotel Magic Rock Garden.

I´ve been to Magic Rock Gardens a week ago with my parents. It was so cool! First of all I really liked its location, and the decoration as soon as you go inside. It´s like you enter a cave or someting!! We often travel during the school year´s holidays, and I hate checking-in because you still got to wait for hours !!! And people usually are stressed out and they barely look at you. This time was different, very welcoming, available… I also liked all the activities we could do there. I just didn´t like the deserts they offered.

My good experience in Benidorm…

Hi everyone! I just want to share my  last experience in Benidorm to you. I have been in Benidorm  last week in Magic Rock Gardens with my husband. We expected less than we lived there. When we saw the kids having fun with the magicians, they were so happy that we thought about calling our own grandchildren. I also liked the animation they have offered the Seniors for example, the dance lessons and games. The hotel is very well placed, near the beach and closed to the center of the city. The only thing i didn’t like was the food, it was variated but always the same. This is not a real problem because you can eat in other place when you want to. So go there and enjoy it!!! Let’s see some fotos in their web to look before going…

“This Hotel Is Magic”, only in Benidorm.

Just got back this morning from the Magic rock Gardens hotel.
After reading the reviews since we booked the holiday in January regually, i did not know what to expect, but decided whatever the outcome of the trip was i would write a review myself.
So here goes………
The hotel is situated as everybody has said at the top of steep hill and is tiring to walk up and because of this the bar in the reception was always inviting for a nice cold drink(and busciuts for the kids my two aged 2+6 could not pass without grabbing one!!!!!).The staff were all very polite though we had a few hickups when my wife arranged a birthday suprise for me champers and a posh table the only problem was reception forgot to tell the restuarant. But even then they went and got me a nice bottle of bubbly. The food was realy good all the way through the 2 weeks with each night having a big selection of different meals(realy nice puddings). The snack bar had plenty of things to eat for the people who miss breakfast or did not want to sit in the restaurant.
The entertainment in the day i didnt come across that much as my kids were a little too young for alot of it(darts, shooting, archery etc..) but in the second week the toddlers area next to the top pool opened and i lost my 2 year old for days while he coloured and had his face painted he loved the ball pool and the entertainment team. As the last review wrote it was not ideal in the hotel for prams as you find yourself carrying it to the top pool or down to reception from the pool. Night entertainment was ok some turns were good and some not so good, dont bother with the parrot or reptile show just a con to get 10 euros for a photo out of you.”The mini disco, melissa and Eddie were brill and kept the adults and kids from getting bored. And if the entertainment team were not entertaining us we had always got “Rob ” to fall back on making roses out of napkins for all the kids and girls….(if you were there you will know who i meen).
Its really good that you can use the other hotels in the group all have there good bits(excalaber and monikas pool, villa da benidorms being near the beach for drinks).
While we were there we talked to peolple that had stopped in 3 of the other hotels(monika, villa de benidorm & crystal park) all saying that if they were to come again they would stay at the Magic Rock gardens as the food and entertainment was the best.
The biggest recomomendation i can give this hotel is we are already thinking of going back next year………………

what more: free food, beer & entertainment
the least: big hill to climb

“good place to stay”

Opinion of a costumer of Magic Rock Garden through Tripadvisor

Returned from magic rock gardens yesterday. Hotel was clean(although smell of drains from our room). Staff very friendly.Food ok but a bit repetative after a few days. My advise would be to go either bed and breakfast or half board as we ended up eating out!
Hill was ok although have stayed at this hotel before(30 years ago) more of a problem now than then!!! but take it slow and you are ok. Childrens pool was closed although not a problem for us as we only had teenagers with us. Weather not that good at the moment but it is February after all. Going back in august although staying in apartments next time which i think may be the better option considering choice of food. Maybe i am being a little harsh but my kids are fussy eaters.Would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

“Fantastic magic show, and tropical night”

Dazbert, Manchester  29 ago 2007. Opinion of a costumer of Magic Rock Gardens through Tripadvisor.

Just came back from Magic Rock Gardens with my wife and 3 year old son.
Unsure what to expect but we loved it.
Hotel looks fantastic from the outside, inside is very clean and staff all over are great and polite.
Food in restaurant is fab and also in snack area.
Great for kids with the pools, my little boy was constantly in the little pool everyday. The pools not very crowded for the time of year which made it even better as not having to scramble to get a bed.
Room we stayed in was very nice, very clean.
Would definately be going back to this place, evening entertainment was very good, kids disco, quiz (i not scored well though), magic show, reptile show, tropical night etc. Lots to do, my wife and I enjoyed ourselves loads and so did our son.

The Best: How clean it was
the worst: We were on 10th Floor

Opinion of a costumer of Magic Rock Gardens through opinion web.

We have just come back from the magic rock gardens hotel and we had a great stay we arrived in alicante and our luggage was their then we got on th mini bus and got took to the hotel we then got to the hotel and went staright to our room and then came down for some drink we found out it was 24 hour all inclusive and the food was excellant there was a great choice and lots to choose from the rooms were great they was a good pool view from room 218. the staff were great and well polite great welcome meeting with wine and biscuits. the only bad thing is the hill its not as bad as people say but it wouldnt be good if you have had a good night out. we would defintley go back and reccomened it to all our family and friends people who have place in bad complaints there wrong its a great 3 star hotel and great facilties to be used. you dont have to stay in your hotel you can go to 6 different hotels for food and drink. there are lots of indoor pools and people who love their shoes they are plenty of shops mc donalds is just down the hill.
