“Heart attack Hill”

We found this hotel to be very family orientated, yes it was up a steep hill but not as bad as expected. the hotel was well kept, staff were friendly and polite. Food was good and plentiful with lots of variety.
Entertainment was good, excellent dancing, medieval night was an excellent choice.
The hotel was lacking in sun umbrellas as not everyone wants to be in full sun all of the time and as usual it paid to be up early for a bed.
I was disappointed there were no balconies but the enclosure of the balconies did give you a slightly larger room and the air con worked well.
I would stay here again in the future.

We´ll do it again

I went to the Magic Rock Gardens Hotel last week with my husband, my parents, and my 4 sons. We were quite a big family ! We spent very nice holidays, everybody had fun. It´s always difficult to keep the children under control, but this time they were so happy that it was for me and for the first time, proper holidays. They were always outside with the entertainers, doing loads of activities while the rest of the family would sunbathe at the beach or by the swimming-pool. We also took dance classes whereas the children learnt magic with very well-qualified magicians.

I, and all the family had a great time together in Spain, in Benidorm, in the very special magic rock gardens hotel.

The Magic Rock Gardens, Simply Good!

The Rock Gardens is situated very closed to the center of the city of Benidorm, and also near the beach. I don’t have any problem to commute because I just lived near all I  needed. My family and I were happy to enjoy our all inclusive cards because we didn’t need to spend more money, and we were very satisfied by all the services in our hotel and also in the other Magic hotels. All the hotels’ animation was very nice, there were a lot of types of game, and in the afternoons and evenings, the Magic dancers and magicians came also to give more.

Magic Environment in Benidorm City.

This comment is one of our valued customers, and we are proud to show what they think of your stay and transit by the hotel Magic Rock Garden.

I´ve been to Magic Rock Gardens a week ago with my parents. It was so cool! First of all I really liked its location, and the decoration as soon as you go inside. It´s like you enter a cave or someting!! We often travel during the school year´s holidays, and I hate checking-in because you still got to wait for hours !!! And people usually are stressed out and they barely look at you. This time was different, very welcoming, available… I also liked all the activities we could do there. I just didn´t like the deserts they offered.

Opinion of a cotumer of Magic Rock Gardens through Tripadvisor

Having read some of the reviews previously written by other Trip Advisor members, we were quite apprehensive about visiting the Magic Rock Hotel. Our party of ten arrived tired and hungry, only to be told by the Reception staff we had no booking. However, on presenting them with copies of e-mails confirming our reservation(take note), they found us some rooms very quickly.
The rooms were ok, if a little small; 4 single beds, fridge, wardrobes, air-conditioning, tv , safe. No balconies available on the standard rooms. The Bathroom was clean and functional.

Rooms were cleaned every day and sheets were changed several times during our two-week stay.

There was always a choice of cooked food available from 0700 to 2300 hours. For breakfast there was full cooked, or continental. Lunch and Dinner menus were varied, with something for everyone, including the kids. There is a choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available 24 hours a day.

The Hotel has good entertainment on offer throughout the day with a free Kids Club. There are three pools including one for toddlers.

The location of the Hotel is up a fairly steep hill which is about 10
minutes walk to the fantastic, sandy beach. Anyone who is reasonably fit should find climbing it no problem.

We found the Hotel to be clean and well-managed without too much noise late at night.
